Order Management Coordinator

Job Title: Order Management Coordinator

Summary: The Order Management Coordinator tracks and monitors shipments
to provide visibility into the status of all open orders in a high-volume
environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Verify estimated ship dates, delivery timelines, and tracking information for open orders.
Work closely with distribution on open purchase orders, expediting, RMA’s and general
questions on project times.
Obtain POD’s and POE’s for all shipped and invoiced orders.
Work with finance team to prioritize documentation needs for month-end invoicing
Regulate receiving of inbound purchase orders from vendors and distributors. Verify product
quantity, detail, and purchase price to ensure accuracy of received inventory.
Manage RMA process including requests, logistics, and credits
Build and develop positive relationships with the Account Teams:
o Timely and detailed communication
o Managing the day-to-day needs of a diverse customer base
Utilize independent judgment and make decisions on matters of importance
Manage internal and external resources to deliver on customer requirements.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Ensure customer satisfaction, both internally and externally, by providing high touch, highly
responsive customer service.
Build strategic relationships with vendors and leverage those relationships when needed.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Engaging team player with the ability to work effectively on individual basis as well
Effective verbal and written communicator with internal and external groups
Proficient personal computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Self-motivated
Ability to adapt and change
Experience in providing customer service support
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
